Brisa Development Partners served as development consultant on this 85-unit permanent supportive housing project in North Berkeley. In partnership with Bridge Housing, EBALDC, and Insight Housing, the project leverages $9 million in City of Berkeley Housing Trust Fund and Measure O predevelopment funds. Located on top of North Berkeley BART, the development integrates deeply with neighborhood fabric—providing supportive homes for individuals with serious mental illness alongside ground-floor services. The team structured AHSC funding, coordinated with municipal and transit stakeholders, and shaped the project to maximize neighborhood scale amenities and service integration.
