This 120-unit permanent supportive housing community serves veterans at the West LA Veterans campus. Completed in 2023, this adaptive reuse project repurposed existing facilities to create units and case work space exclusively for veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Brisa served as AHSC consultant, helping coordinate a complex partnership with Santa Monica Big Blue Bus. Brisa also coordinated the design scope for new bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure that benefits the entire campus.
