Brisa is serving as the AHSC consultant on Century Housing’s Restorative Care Village’s Phase II wellness hub, a visionary expansion of a comprehensive care continuum in LA County. Located on the LAC+USC Medical Center campus, this project will deliver permanent supportive housing alongside a recovery and respite center, psychiatric urgent care, workforce development services, and therapeutic indoor/outdoor communal spaces. Developed in collaboration with LA County and community stakeholders (including Supervisor Hilda Solis’ office and HICP), the project is slated for completion in 2027, with planning and engagement under way now, including community workshops to solicit feedback on building design, public art, open space, and resident services. Phase II marks a pivotal moment in RCV’s holistic vision, weaving housing with mental health, medical care, social services, and neighborhood connectivity. Brisa’s strategic guidance enabled a complicated partnership with Metro to deliver Bus Rapid Transit to a low-income disadvantaged community. The project sets a new benchmark for integrated health and housing infrastructure in Los Angeles.
