About This Project

Rosa’s Place will deliver 97 units of permanent supportive housing for women experiencing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence, alongside dedicated supportive services including a mother’s wellness area, community rooms, learning center, and landscaped courtyard. With a total budget of $83.5 million—nearly half funded by city bonds—the project addresses urgent needs in Skid Row while navigating costly permitting, tight site constraints, and complex financing. Brisa served as the AHSC consultant, leading the active transportation and transit coordination between the City and Metro. Rosa’s Place exemplifies Brisa’s ability to deliver mission-driven, deeply supportive real estate solutions to high profile projects.
